1. Who we are

Interactive Image (interactiveimage.com) is a product of Upcode Studios (upcode.com). Upcode Studios is responsible for the service described in this policy.

2. Information from account holders

When you create an account we store your email address and sign-in details, the maps, images, hotspot text and settings you create, and your plan and billing status.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store full card numbers.

We send account emails such as sign-in, password reset and billing messages. Onboarding and tips emails are sent only if you opt in, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

3. Visitors to embedded maps

When a map is shown on a website, we record view counts and the address of the website the map was shown on, so the map owner can see where their map is used.

Embedded maps do not ask visitors to create an account and do not show advertising.

Images are delivered through our own domain and our hosting providers, which receive standard technical information such as IP address and browser type to deliver the content.

4. Lead form submissions

If a map owner turns on a lead form, information a visitor enters (such as name, email and message) is stored and sent to that map owner. The map owner decides how they use it.

5. Service providers

We use service providers to run Interactive Image, including hosting and database storage, Stripe for payments, and an email delivery provider. They process data only to provide their services to us.

6. Your choices

You can edit or delete your maps at any time. To request a copy or deletion of your account data, contact us at the address below.
