Terms of Service

1. The service

Interactive Image is provided by Upcode Studios. It lets you upload images, add hotspots and cards, and embed the result on websites. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for activity on your account. Team members you invite can edit maps you share with them.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of the images and text you upload. You give us permission to store, process, resize and deliver that content so the service works, including showing it wherever you embed it.

You confirm you have the rights to the content you upload and that it does not break any law or anyone else's rights. We may remove content that does.

4. Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a monthly or yearly basis and renew until cancelled. You can change or cancel your plan from the billing page. Plan limits and features are listed on the pricing page.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the service to distribute malware, spam, or unlawful content, or to interfere with the service or other users.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service running but do not promise it will always be available or error-free. We may update features and these terms; if we make significant changes we will update the date on this page.

7. Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent allowed by law, Upcode Studios is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
